Membership Bylaws

NAPM-Wichita Bylaws, Article IV, Membership SECTION 1. Regular Members.

Regular members of an Affiliated Association shall be limited to the following:

Any person interested in the supply management field shall be eligible to be a Regular Member of an Affiliated Association provided that such person (i) is not primarily engaged in sales activity; or (ii) does not solicit business on behalf of such person or his or her employer during meetings of Affiliated Associations (including chapters), ISM Committees and ISM Groups and Forums. For the purposes of this section, "primarily" shall mean a majority of a person's time. However, no person shall be ineligible by reason of incidentally disposing of scrap, surplus stock or equipment of the concern by which he or she is employed. The ineligibility of an editor, secretary or business manager employed by an Affiliated Association shall not be affected by reason of sales activity directly related to any magazine, bulletin or other publication or exhibit, product, show or similar activity sponsored by such association.

Regular Membership Dues

Dues for regular membership are $125.00 per year. There is also aone-time charge of $20.00. Dues are assessed from the date the application is submitted. A check for the dues (payable to NAPM-Wichita)must accompany your membership application. REGULAR: Member Dues 125.00 Admin Fee 20.00 Total Charge $ 145.00

Associate Membership Dues

In order to be eligible as an associate member, your company must have at least one regular membership. Associate memberships from the same company are limited to four for each regular membership. Associates are non-votingmembers and belong to NAPM-Wichita only. Associates will only receive the localNAPM-Wichita literature and publications. Associate dues are $50.00 annually
